A Lexis Advance system maintenance is scheduled on Saturday, 1st April, between 4pm and 5pm NZDT.

Prior to and during this maintenance, access to Lexis Advance and the administration portals will be affected as follows:
  • No Access to Lexis Advance, My Lexis and LexisNexis® Account Centre from 4pm to 5pm NZDT on Saturday, 1st April.
  • No ID creation or modification functionalities via LexisNexis Account Centre from 9am to 5pm NZDT on Saturday, 1st April.

Should you experience an issue with accessing Lexis Advance from 5pm NZDT on Saturday, 1st April, please contact our Customer Support team at customersupport@lexisnexis.co.nz or 0800 800 986.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to thank you for your patience during this scheduled maintenance
