A Lexis Advance system maintenance is scheduled on Saturday, 1st April, between 2pm and 3pm AEDT.

Prior to and during this maintenance, access to Lexis Advance and the administration portals will be affected as follows:
  • No Access to Lexis Advance, My Lexis and LexisNexis® Account Centre from 2pm to 3pm AEDT on Saturday, 1st April.
  • No ID creation or modification functionalities via LexisNexis Account Centre from 7am to 3pm AEDT on Saturday, 1st April.
  • Possible password change required: Users who have not changed their password since February 2016 will be prompted to change their password upon login to Lexis Advance. Please note that customers using "remember me" will not be impacted when accessing Lexis Advance via the same browser or device, or until cookies are cleared.


Should you experience an issue with accessing Lexis Advance from 3pm AEDT on Saturday,
1st April, please contact our Technical Support team at techsupport@lexisnexis.com.au or
1800 999 906.
